1 Definitions

  • User – the natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically through the Service.
  • Device – an electronic device and software through which the User accesses the Service
  • Cookies – text data collected as files on user’s device

2 Types of Cookies

  • Internal cookies – files recorded and accessed from User’s device by the Service’s ICT system
  • External cookies – files recorded and accessed from User’s device by external services’ ICT systems
  • Session cookies – files recorded and accessed from user’s device by the Service’s ICT system or external Services’ ICT systems during a single session. They expire immediately after the session.
  • Permanent cookies – files recorded and accessed from User’s device by the Service’s ICT system or external Services’ ICT systems until they are manually deleted. Files are not deleted automatically after the device session is finished unless the User's device configuration is set to delete Cookies mode after the Device session is finished.

3 Safety

  • Recording and accessing mechanisms – Cookie's recording and accessing mechanisms do not allow one to retrieve any personal information or any confidential information from your device.It is practically impossible to transfer viruses, Trojan horses and other bugs to your device.
  • Internal cookies – internal cookies used by the Admin are safe for Users’ devices
  • External cookies – the Administrator is not responsible for the security of the Cookies from the Service’s Partners. The list of partners is set out later in the Cookies Policy

4 The purposes for which Cookies are used

  • To facilitate and improve access to the site – the Administrator can store information about the user preferences and settings for the site in the Cookies to improve, facilitate, and speed up service delivery.

6 Determining storage conditions and access on User devices Service and external services

7 Service requirements

  • The Administrator assumes no responsibility for improper operation of service functions if the User restricts in any way the ability to record and access Cookies.
