request that unavailable information be made available in another alternative form.
The request must contain:
contact details of the notifier,
indication of the page or element of the requested page,
indication of a convenient form of information sharing if the request concerns sharing the unavailable information in an alternative manner.
Processing of the notification should take place without delay and at the latest within 7 days. If accessibility or alternative forms of access are not possible within this time limit, it should be within 2 months of the date of notification at the latest.
