On December 6, 2021 the design documentation, as well as the building permit for the investment project called: “The construction of the penitentiary pavilion together with the production hall with the infrastructure at Jastrzębie Zdrój Penal Facility” have been transferred.
On December 6, 2021, the necessary design documentation and the building permit for the investment task “The construction of the penitentiary pavilion together with the production hall with the infrastructure at Jastrzębie Zdrój Penal Facility” were submitted. This permit also regulates the exercise of copyright supervision in the course of the execution of the works which is carried out in the framework of the project “Pilot Penitentiary Complexes” co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, under the “Justice” Operational Program
Preparations are currently being made to launch a tender procedure for the construction of the Jastrzebie-Zdrój penitentiary complex. The complex will consist of a penitentiary pavilion, a production hall and a halfway house. All these components are designed to aid the inmates’ rehabilitation, and ensure maximum safety for both the prisoners and the staff.
