Training gap diagnosis
The phase consists of developing professional role descriptions, including competence profiles, taking into account the introduction of dynamic security elements and the improvement of the efficiency of penitentiary activities, foreseen for Pilot penitentiary complexes. This action will be implemented in cooperation with representatives from the University College of Norwegian Correctional Services in Lillestrom (KRUS). Role descriptions will take cultural and structural considerations into account, as well as introduce a new model of safety management and corrective actions upon inmates.
