Training
This is a crucial step for the project, the aim of which is to organise and provide training aimed at preparing staff for missions in the newly-built Pilot Penitentiary Complexes.
The training will take into account the use of dynamic security elements and actions to improve the efficiency of penitentiary activities.
The implementation of modified staff training systems will respond to new challenges related to the modernization of the Prison Service.
