Graduate of the Master’s degree in intellectual resources management at Łódź University of Technology and pedagogy, specialty: adult education at Łódź University. She completed a postgraduate study in the socio-economic Department of Łódź University in Support of interpersonal relations. In 2016, she completed a basic course from mediation, which entitles out-of-court mediation "Mediation – a universal method of conflict resolution" run by the Association of Civil Mediators. In 2011, she graduated from Łódzka Szkoła Trenerów (School of Coaches) with a coaching profile.
In 2013-2018, she participated in numerous e-learning training courses, a methodology for remote training.
From 2016 to 2018, a lecturer at the Uniwersytet Trzeciego Wieku "Calisia" in Kalisz.
In 2015-2017 a member of the team implementing the "Learning by Doing" project UNDER THE ERASMUS+ program.
Since 2013, the prison Service Officer. Since November 2020, as an assistant in the Institute of Social Foundations of Penitentiary in the Academy of Justice.
