  2. Biogram:
  • In 2003, he graduated from the Faculty of Technical Physics, Information Technology and applied Mathematics of Łódź Technical University, with the title of Master of science Engineer with a specialisation in networking and information systems. In 2015, he obtained the doctor of social sciences degree in pedagogy from the Faculty of Pedagogy at the Academy of Special Pedagogy in Warsaw. He is the graduate of the post-graduate Study of Studium Doskonalenia Menedżerów Oświaty in Kalisz. He remotely attended courses at the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź. He is a graduate of the ARGO-IESE postgraduate degree in Barcelona and the MBA studies at Collegium Humanum - Warsaw Management University.

Professional work

  • In Prison Service since 2003, initially as a civilian staff and since 2004 as an officer.
  • At the Central Prison Service Training Centre in Kalisz, he led the COSSW Information Technology and Education Institute. He initiated the introduction of elements of remote training into the prison Service training system. He upgraded the vocational training of the prison Service officers by introducing a "Słuchacz" training system service, initiated courses supported by e-learning methodology. As part of his scientific activity, he organised a conference in COSSW in Kalisz in 2012 on "New technologies in the education of uniformed services", attended by a wide range of representatives of all types of services. The event resulted in the establishment and creation of the Forum for Education of the uniformed services. He organised international cooperation including the cooperation of the Centre within the framework of the EPTA (European Penitentiary Training Academies).
  • From 2015 he was the deputy head of the Central Prison Service Training Centre in Kalisz. He coordinated numerous activities to modernise the training model in the Prison Service system. He coordinates the implementation of international educational and scientific projects.
  • From 2016 to 2017, he was a member of the Prison Service Reform Team at the Ministry of Justice. In 2017 he was Vice-chairman of the Prison Service Recruitment and Education System Team established at the Ministry of Justice, as well as a plenipotentiary of the Minister of Justice for the Museum of the Cursed soldiers and Political Prisoners of the People's Republic of Poland.
  • In the years 2017-2018 he was Deputy Director General of the Prison Service, where he supervised the prison health system and projects for the digitalisation of the Prison Service, as well as the construction of the Museum of the Cursed soldiers and Political Prisoners of the People's Republic of Poland in the building in Rakowiecka St.
  • Since 1 January 2019, upon the decision of the Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro, he has been Rector-Commandant of the Higher School of Criminology and Penitentiary Science in Warsaw.
  • On 11 February 2021, he was nominated General of Prison Service.
