2. Biography:
- Doctor of law, managerial studies in HR (University of Warsaw) and Innovation Manager (University of Economics in Warsaw). Currently: assistant professor at the University in Gorzów Wielkopolski; President of the International Institute of Innovation Science-Education-Development; active expert at the Polish Accreditation Committee; active leading expert / expert at the National Center for Research and Development in the field of innovative projects implemented by SMEs and large enterprises in order to implement innovative solutions in the field of cybersecurity and ICT technology for the economy and an expert at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy in the STEP and Innovation Coach Program . In 2019 and 2018, an expert and specialist at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration and the Ministry of Labor Families and Social Policy in the areas of preparing recommendations for assigning qualifications to market qualifications indicated by SMEs. In 2019, on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, she managed an expert opinion on the sources of obtaining innovations conducted by economic entities in rural areas. In 2016-2018, visiting professor at the Faculty of Documentation and Scientific Information at the National University of Water and Natural Resources in Rivne.
3. Scientific and research interests
- Currently conducted research concerns the introduction to the market of solutions in various legal and organizational systems in the field of Cybersecurity ; IT security in intelligent networks and systems; Innovative IT security systems in SMEs; development of new ICT technologies as well as legal and criminal issues of cyber threats and cybercrime. Editor-in-chief of scientific journals „International Journal of Legal Studies” and „International Journal ofNew Economics and Social Sciences”. For 6 years, he has been constantly cooperating as a scientific reviewer for the journal "Kortowski Przegląd Prawniczy" of the University of Warmia and Mazury and the journal of the University of Warsaw and the Polish Forensic Society "Problems of Contemporary Forensics". Member of the editorial board , scientific council of foreign journals: „Journal of Advances in Management Sciences & Information Systems” / ISSN 2456-7620 Lifescience Global is a Canadian Publishing Company; „International Business Management” / ISSN 1993-5150; „Public Administration and National Security” and the „Nationals Studies of Security / ISSN: 2543-7321.
